This home offers bedrooms with ample space to create your own retreat. In addition, each bedroom has its own robe so you can store your personal belongings easily.
The spacious living and dining areas make lovely spaces to gather with friends and enjoy meals together, or simply sit back and watch TV, or take some time to yourself.
The large kitchen is great for preparing healthy meals for housemates and friends and enjoying the independence of cooking for yourself.
The large backyard offers lovely space to enjoy the outdoors and the house also features a back patio area where you can cook on the Webber BBQ for friends and visitors.
A short stroll will lead you to Coomera Springs Boulevard Reserve where there is a park and plenty of open space to take in the sunshine. You're also not too far from shops and other services.
