They'll help you with daily living tasks and develop your skills for independent living, including helping you to connect with activities and other supports in the community. Support will be tailored to helping you achieve the goals in your NDIS plan.

The property also encompasses facilities for a single support provider to be agreed by the residents. Mind Australia has been appointed as the support provider of choice.

The property is available to NDIS participants that have an existing individual plan which includes SDA at a minimum of Robust level. Participants will also require adequate NDIS funding (i.e. Supported Independent Living) to cover the cost of one-to-one and shared supports provided within the home.
