This home offers 24/7 support staff, including sleepover support by a diverse range staff. Our staff are committed to providing our residents with a high level of support to develop and build life skills. These include budgeting, shopping, cooking, self-care, maintaining your living environment and social skills. We will encourage all residents to be active in the local community.
Are you a young male with a disability wanting to make your first step towards independence? This modern group home offers support with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, washing along with ensuring that you enjoy the activities that you want to do.
This home provides comfort, independence, social interaction and peace of mind for family members and carers. We currently have two vacancies available and we encourage young males with lower support needs to apply.
There is a shared kitchen, living area, laundry, swimming pool and basketball hoop. Each resident has their own bedroom which they can personalise with their own belongings.
Residents can be NDIS or self-funded. Our fees include rent, food, utilities, home maintenance, internet access, Netflix, communal appliances and communal area furniture.
The house is located close to public transport with a bus stop at the front of the house and Wyong train station only 5 minutes away.
The home is close to a park, there is a large shopping centre 10 minutes away and there are beaches nearby.
