This vacancy would suit a female between 20 years of age to 60 with medium to higher support needs.

The current tenant’s ages range from 30 - 50 years who have an intellectual disability.

Tenants attend either Day Options or Supported Employment during the day.

On weekends, tenants undertake various recreational activities and excursions including swimming, movies, musicals and theatre concerts and 10 pin bowling.

Things you need to know:

You must be 18 years or older.

You need to have funding in your NDIS plan or funding from another source.

You will need to sign a tenancy agreement and pay rent.

You will need to contribute to household expenses such as groceries and utilities.
