An expression of interest is out now for 6 custom built specialist disability apartments 300 meters from the beach in Mona Vale. These apartments have been built for people requiring high physical support, wheelchair accessible, disability service needs. 

These apartments set a standard of style and excellence, showcasing solid construction and premium finishes. The 9 foot ceilings create the impression of the luxury of space and size. All specifications have been meticulously selected to architectural standards, which harmonise with, and reflect, the natural beauty of the seaside.

Each apartment includes well laid out interiors, that can be flexibly customised to suit your individual service needs with a flowing open-plan design for spacious living, as well as extensive terrace space designed for alfresco dining and entertaining all year round. There is also a designated covered parking space within a security precinct (security access does not yet show on the photos).
