The House

This big beautiful 2 storey home is surrounded by lush green gardens in a cul de sac quiet neighbourhood.  There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs, all with air con, fans and built in robes.  The home has a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a separate games room.  Outside is a entertaining area with a BBQ and garden areas ready for you to plant your favourite flowers or veggies.  Support staff are on hand at all times to assist with independent living skills and achieve your NDIS goals.  Family and friends are welcome to visit you, you can even have a night where you cook for them!  Staff have a separate bathroom and office.  Our residents have access to WifFi and Pay TV and we have an onsite vehicle.

Working alongside you, we’re 100% dedicated to providing specialist services which improve the lifelong mental health of children, young people and adults – and help people with complex needs live better. We’ll set you on a path to find your motivation, resilience, and ultimately, your strength.

Although Stride began simply as a way to help people find a place to live and work, we’re now leaders in early intervention and are currently working to expand our range of specialist services.

That’s meant our brand has evolved too. We’ve recently changed our name from Aftercare to Stride. This reflects our focus on both the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions – building on the work we do with families and communities to roll out more evidence-based services across Australia

All our residential staff are trained youth workers who speciailise in mental health and have completed trauma informed practice and therapeutic crisis intervention training.
