Our highly motivated staff have the appropriate qualifications, skills and experience to meet residents individual care needs. Additionally, the care we provide is tailored to meet residents' individual support needs.

Vacancy

This house is located in Caroline Springs and has:

4 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite,

2 bathrooms,

double garage,

large dining and living area

open plan dining and living room.

The residents have access to a vehicle.

The house is in close proximity to Caroline Srpings Shopping Centre and is close to a main road and public transport.

Services are provided by Life Health Services support  staff and the house is suitable for participants who have no access needs.

Room Information: The bedrooms have built in wardrobes, air-conditioning and heating.

Current Support Model: The house will offer support staff 24 hours, 7 days a week and overnight (sleepover) to meet resident’s individual needs.

Eligibility Criteria:

The applicant must be 18 years and over.

The applicant must be eligible and able to secure an appropriate level of NDIS funding

The applicant has an NDIS Plan Manager

The applicant (or nominated person) is prepared to sign a residential statement.

 The applicant has the financial means to make payments for rent.

Applicants for respite are welcome.
