It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, communal lounge and kitchen areas, a backyard with BBQ, a small veggie garden and a garage converted into additional living space for residents to enjoy.
Bedrooms each have a window, heating, air conditioning, and built-in robe.
Staff have sleepover and office areas on-site.
The property offers easy access to public transport, and is close to major shopping and community centres.
