4-bed home under construction in a new estate in Melton South looking for 3 other NDIS participants. The home is being built to a 'Robust' design and at Platinum quality level.

The property also has facilities for a single support provider, to be agreed by the residents. Mind Australia is the currently appointed support provider of choice.

The property is available to NDIS participants that have an existing individual plan which includes SDA at an Improved Liveability or Robust level. Participants will also require adequate NDIS funding (i.e. Supported Independent Living) to cover the cost of one-to-one and shared supports provided within the home.

The property may also be suitable for participants with Medium Term Accommodation funding.

The property will be tastefully landscaped, is close to transport and shopping amenities and will be available for occupation in August 2020.

The home will be unfurnished; residents will be offered support to explore a range of furnishing options.
