The House

Located in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded in Kallangur with a bus stop approx 100 metres from front door.  Currently has two young female tenants with room for 2 more.  There is a lovely well maintained front and back yard to sit and relax in.  The house itself is quite airy and light.  The house has been renovated with fresh paint and new carpets and fittings.  All bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in robes.  Verandah has a BBQ which is used often.  Downstairs has a separate rumpus area for games or relaxing or quiet space.  The home is looking for other young female only residents.  All our residents have access to WiFi and Pay TV, we have an onsite vehicle.

Working alongside you, we’re 100% dedicated to providing specialist services which improve the lifelong mental health of children, young people and adults – and help people with complex needs live better. We’ll set you on a path to find your motivation, resilience, and ultimately, your strength.

Although Stride began simply as a way to help people find a place to live and work, we’re now leaders in early intervention and are currently working to expand our range of specialist services.

That’s meant our brand has evolved too. We’ve recently changed our name from Aftercare to Stride. This reflects our focus on both the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions – building on the work we do with families and communities to roll out more evidence-based services across Australia.

All our residential staff are trained youth workers who speciailise in mental health and have completed trauma informed practice and therapeutic crisis intervention training.
