Summer Housing is proud to offer 10 high quality accessible apartments for people with high physical supports needs within a high-density development in the inner city suburb of Newstead, Queensland.

Intelligently crafted, Summer Housing’s ten apartments are peppered throughout the two 18 level buildings that are Chester, & Ella. The development is perfectly positioned close to Fortitude Valley retail shops, Gasworks Shopping Centre, Teneriffe Park and just 1.5km from Brisbane’s CBD.

Seamless finishes star with natural stone bench tops, quality appliances and generous private balconies. Enjoy the sense of space and freedom that comes with open plan living and decadently high ceilings. Private amenity includes an outdoor dining area with pergola, outdoor kitchen and bbq for effortless entertaining.

A two-way communications system enables tenants to contact support workers (in an additional on-site apartment) in the event of an emergency or unplanned support need. The apartments also have structural provision for ceiling hoists and are assistive technology ready.

The beautifully presented single-level apartments have been designed to achieve Platinum level certification under Livable Housing Design Guidelines and meet High Physical Support design requirements under the NDIS. The apartments will be enrolled with the NDIA as 1 Bedroom, 1 Resident High Physical Support Apartments.

Chester & Ella is scheduled for completion in late 2019.
