The apartments are designed within a private garden setting and are well positioned adjacent to the Guildford shopping precinct, close to transport and community facilities.

A range of apartment sizes are available, including 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bedroom, and 3 bedroom.

Smart home technology and the addition of onsite overnight support will be key features of the apartments, allowing residents to maximise their independence, lifestyle and privacy.

The building is fully accessible, with secure parking, lift access, roof top terrace and communal area.

These apartments will achieve platinum level certification under the Livable Housing Design Guidelines and High Physical Support certification under the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) guidelines.
